In the recent days, the Beastmen have been taking over small villages - mainly to the south. However, dark days have risen upon Truce as it too, fell victim to the attacks of the Beast Kingdom. At the moment, it is unknown how long the beastmen plan to stay in Truce, and what they have plan for it. However, a small would be militia has arisen and is currently plotting the freedom of the small city. For those interested, speak with the players (Kirby and Cyx) as they appear to be more knowledgeable on the matter. Though, if you wish for the supremacy of the Beast Kingdom to continue, then do what one can to help them and thwart the revolution.
Current plans for the revolution include the locating of Luna, spirit of the moon, and the revival of Lumina, spirit of light, destroying the safety barrier around Truce... and plunging the city into eternal darkness. So... the beastmen and Lugar are now...vanquished by the would-be militia of Kirby and Cyx the town cheered for our heroes.
However, a greater evil has been masterminding this event, as following the defeat of Lugar he, the Deathjester, made his omnipresent appearance. Now under the brainwashing of the Deathjester, Miss Angela, has taken control over Truce. Deadlier than before, the magician has transformed herself into a Delvar, student of the dark arts. But what of, Luna and the still captured Lumina? Do they still hold an importance? If so, when will they be found? The wayward summoner Klarth has yet to make his appearance, as does the wandering spirit, Shade. No matter, as the militia grows Truce seems slightly closer to salvation... perhaps...
After much emotional conflict Angela breaks the will to become and pleas for help in purging the darkness inside her. Encouraged by her decision, a small group heads out in search of Lumina. With the help of Klarth, who finally made his long needed arrival, the group heads out to the volcano to meet up with Luna. Through the summoning efforts of Klarth, the group manages to hold conference with Luna and is pointed towards the location of Wutai. Within the oriental city, the group comes across Palmer and Lumina.
After the quick defeat of Palmer, Lumina is saved and the group makes their way back to Angela's stronghold. With the combined efforts of Lumina and Shade, Angela is freed from the Deathjester's grip and transforms herself into a sorceress; promising to stay and help rebuild Truce. Through many battles peace for Truce has finally been achieved... or is that merely wishful thinking?
