Spider walks in slowly from the north, rubbing his still-injured shoulder.

Axl runs in from the south, faintly perturbed about -something-, though this fades on the sight of Spider. "Hey! What happened to you? Your comm just sort of cut off in the middle..."

Spider says '...Seikou attacked me. Managed to knock me out, too.'

Marino sits on a bench and rests.

Spider turns to Signas. "Guess you were right about him, Andre."

Variance is followed by Signas, back in his standard armor, but with a new hat. He shakes his head and sighs. "Believe it or not, I do know what I'm talking about most of the time."

Spider says 'He didn't really seem Maverick, though... no gloating. It's just...'

Spider says 'One moment, he was fighting off Koopas, the next, he was on top of me. Completely expressionless...'

Lumine tells you 'Hmn... He's the other one with my gift, correct~? Interesting news indeed...'

Signas nods. "You realize, that he's been Maverick for so long, it's probably impossible to determine how he thinks anymore. I'm guessing he managed to escape afterwards?" :\

Marino glances towards the other Reploids after hearing the word "Maverick" being used.

Axl lets an obvious glare slip under his notice. "...Oh."

Spider says 'Unfortunatley, he awakened before I could finish him off. Dashed northwards.'

You tell Lumine 'Damn it, I don't need you messing around with me again! Go cackle over your plans somewhere else!'

Lumine tells you 'I don't have anywhere else to go, Axl... I can't exactly leave your mind... Well, unless you'd let me use the data transfer cables, of course.'

Signas scowls unhappily, but immediately regains his composure. "I see the siege went well, and that.. stunt you had me do went.. smoothly, too."

You tell Lumine '...Usually, I'd be glad to, but I don't think I'd want anyone else having to deal with you. You're tormenting -me- enough as it is.'

Spider says 'Where's the girl at? Did you just let her go?'

Axl nods, letting that previous unsettled look come over him again. "Yeah... I'm sure she'll be fine on her own."

Signas coughs and glances around. "I think she's more than capable of taking care of herself, yes."

Lumine tells you 'It's your decision~... But the selfless hero thing doesn't fit you very well, brother.'

Spider blinks at Axl. "Is everything OK, kid? You seem a bit... odd."

Marino winks at Raitzeno.

Raitzeno laughs at Marino mercilessly.

You say 'Yeah! Yeah, fine, nothing wrong here!'

Spider says '...Hmn. If you say so...'

Spider glances around the square... and catches sight of Marino. "...Marino? What are you doing here?"

You tell Lumine 'No, -that- one was because of 'that girl' being a freakin' -vampire-, not because of the crazed little fem-man in my head.'

Lumine tells you '.......'

Lumine tells you 'Vampires don't exist.'

Marino walks slowly towards Spider, then leans on one hip "Is that how you greet an old friend?"

You tell Lumine 'Yeah, tell that to the girl who had -blood dripping down her shirt- and -FANGS-. Now quit bothering me!'

Signas casts a (somewhat admiring :o) glance at Marino. "Ah, Commander, you know her?"

Spider says 'She was with us on the Giga City mission.'

Axl seems to snap out of something and finally notices another acquaintance, brightening(but not too much). "Marino!"

Signas steps back and allows old friends to chat. He sure doesn't fit in right now XD

Spider says 'So, how has life been treating you?'

Lumine tells you 'Aww, how sweet, all your pathetic oldgen friends are here at once... Except for your cherished heroes, of course.'

Lumine tells you 'Wonder what happened to them~....'

You tell Lumine 'I'll find them. They're fine.'

Marino winks at Axl, then continues talking to Spider; "As far as life takes me currently, but this is no Giga City"

Lumine tells you 'Maybe one of your other brothers found them... Seikou, maybe? Hmn...'

Spider says 'I have to agree. I haven't seen a decent casino since I came here.'

Marino she closes her eyes lightly rubbing her forehead; "I don't even know where 'Here' is, nor do I remember how I got here to begin with"

Spider says 'That seems to be the case of a lot of people here.'

Marino opens her eyes and smiles at the two.

Spider says 'Personally, the last thing I remember before waking up here is fighting Incentas...'

You tell Lumine 'They're FINE.'

Lumine tells you 'Are you sure about that~?'

Axl is oddly silent for seeing another friend again...

You tell Lumine 'They didn't fall to you, they won't fall to anyone.'

Lumine tells you 'For all you know, maybe I have more control than you think... Maybe -you- fired the bullet that did Zero in, then turned and chased after X, without mercy or justice...'

Spider says '...So, welcome to Truce City.'

You tell Lumine '...that's not true. I wouldn't do that. I wouldn't -let- myself do that.'

Lumine tells you 'Always so cocky and sure of yourself...'

Marino says 'Truce City? Heh... '

Lumine tells you 'I wouldn't even have to control you for very long. Just two shots~...'

You tell Lumine 'no... i wouldn't let you...'

Marino looks around the fountain area, then spots Signas; "And you are?"

Signas quotes 'Channel says 'Lumine... I need you...' Channel says (OOC) 'x_x; I need more caffeine. I'm going into shounen-ai mode. *bangs head on desk*''

Lumine tells you 'You were always jealous of them, Axl. And if you had the chance to do away with them without blame... you'd take it. Admit it...'

Spider watches Signas and Marino with interest.

You tell Lumine '-Never.- You don't know anything...'

Lumine tells you 'Bang bang, Axl~...'

Eightja looks at himself.

You tell Lumine '...'

Marino shurgs off Signas; "I guess your friend here is the silent type? So what have you two boys been up to?"

Lumine tells you '*the presence recedes a little, although still clearly -there-, waiting for its chance...*'

Spider says '...Fighting against an army of turtles, of all things.'

Axl forces himself to look halfway attent. "Oh, not much... Looking for X and Zero, fighting in -another- war... The usual."

Axl smirks, keeping a choice comment about Signas' new attire to himself...

Spider says '...We could probably use you, actually. And the Koopas probably have good stuff to steal, so...'

Signas coughs, interjecting. "Now, wait a minute." He extends a hand towards Marino. "Hi, I'm Signas, captain of the Truce South Garrison."

Raitzeno sneaks in quietly from the east, twirling a dagger in each hand as he 'whistles' Neon Tiger's theme in system speaker beeps.

Spider says 'Signas here was the commander of the Hunters.'

Marino grins at Signas moving up close to him shaking his hand; "The Commander, you say? Mmm... nice to meet you"

Spider looks a tad annoyed. Or jealous. Or both.

Raitzeno waves at Axl. 'Heya! What's goin' on, Axl?'

Signas nods. "Former Commander. The Hunters have unfortunately disbanded.."

Raitzeno sidles up to Axl and whispers 'As a side note, tried the chip yet?'

Marino frowns slightly; "Awww I'm sorry to hear that"

Spider sighs, folding his hands behind his back. "We'll reform them."

Axl leans closer to Raitzeno, voice also lowered to a whisper. "Nah, didn't see a chance. It'll be put to good use soon, though~..."

Raitzeno nods at Axl and grins. 'Just keep it quiet, eh? No sense giving away trade secrets...'

Spider says '...Would you do it for a hundred pieces of solid gold?'

Axl nods, unable to restrain a grin, and looking back to the others...

Spider falls out of his military stance and into his more normal casual one.

Marino eyes Spider with a seductive grin; "Now you are speaking my language"

Raitzeno nods at the rest of the 'Ploids. 'Hey, all. How goes it? Nice job kicking the shit out of Morton, from what I hear.'

Spider tosses a small bag to Marino. "Here."

Lumine tells you '...hmn...'

Lumine tells you '...your friend Spider... that position he was in is rather familiar, ne?'

You tell Lumine 'Damn, you were being so -good-, too. Just keep it up a little longer!'

Lumine tells you 'This time, I'm honestly just curious!'

Marino catch the bag with a small twirl in her step, she holds it up near her ear and gives it a small shake.

You tell Lumine 'Well, be curious when I'm not in the middle of something, okay?'

Marino says 'Mmm.. so what do you need me for again, hun?'

Lumine tells you '...Fine, fine... It'll give me time to figure this out, anyways.'

Spider says 'Infiltration. Sabatoge. Stealing small but vital parts from machines.'

Marino says 'A simple cake walk.'

Spider says 'Be careful, though. Even with Trickstar on, I've had some trouble sneaking around.'

Signas snorts almost imperceptably at the name 'Trickstar'.

Marino winks suggestively at Spider; "But you are not me"

Raitzeno taps his foot impatiently.

Raitzeno pulls a gold coin out of Axl's ear and flicks it into the fountain.

Spider says '...But I'm the one with an actual stealth mode. And I don't squeak when I run.'

Spider says 'And furthermore... ooh, gold!'

Raitzeno pulls a gold coin out of Spider's ear and says 'Huh... lot more space in that skull...'

Axl blinks, looking at the piece of yellowish metal fly into the fountain. He feels around the side of his helmet, looking at Raitzeno oddly. /Who -uses- that trick anymore?/

Spider backhands Raitzeno away.

Raitzeno walks up to Marino and says 'Hello, miss...' as he pulls a gold coin out of her bosom and snaps it at Spider's noggin.

Signas peers around. >>;

Marino says 'I guess the local life here is a bit... non-logical?'

Spider grabs it and pocket it.

Spider says 'Pretty much, yeah.'

Raitzeno says 'Hey, I'm bored. If you have any better ideas on how to kill time, I'm all audial sensors...'

Spider says 'Listen, I have troops to train. I'll meet you all again in Cosmo, K?'

Spider folds his hands behind his back again. "Then we'll work on tactics, I suppose..."

Raitzeno shakes his head at Spider. 'Not bloody likely...'

Spider says 'Alright, I won't meet -you-. But everyone else.'

Marino says 'Cosmo?'

Raitzeno nods in agreement to Spider.

Spider says 'Canyon to the north of here.'

Marino nods.

Axl nods, waving Spider off... but pauses in the middle. /...That pose.../

Spider blinks at Axl, returning to casual again. "...Kid?"

Axl blinks, notices his stiffness, and waves about five times faster. "Yeah, gotcha, see ya later~!"

Spider heads off north, humming a song from Katamari Damashii under his breath for no reason.

Marino looks at Spider, then at Axl.

Marino pats Axl on his shoulder; "Good to see you again"

Axl quickly looks to Marino, offering a partially-forced smile. "Yeah, it's been a while~..."

Raitzeno gets bored and walks off westward, twirling his daggers again and 'humming' Volt Catfish's theme.
