Channel is about as oddly anxious(and furious, of course, can't forget the staple of his being) as he was the last time he had wandered into Truce, though his mood seems to swing quite the opposite upon catching sight of Seikou. A wry grin finds its way on his features and he approaches, hands propped casually on his hips.

You say 'Still alive? My, how persistant we are...'

Seikou looks up, eyes narrowing considerably. This is -not- what he needs or wants right now. One hand travels to the hilt of his saber as he speaks. "...So, what the hell do you want now?"

Channel pays absolutely no mind to Seikou's protests, stopping a rather uncomfortable few feet from the other. "Well, I suppose if you're so insistent on being among the future inhabitants of the New World, you might as well fit in a little better."

Confusion partially replaces the annoyance on Seikou's face and he blinks a few times. "...And what is that supposed to mean?"

Channel lets his grin widen and lightly places a hand on the scarlet crystal set in the center of Seikou's chestplate. "Don't worry, it's not going to hurt. It's just a little 'gift' to help you conform to the superior standard of the New Generation..."

Seikou's eyes widen but he doesn't try to pull away, too stunned and confused to take action...

Channel simply keeps his hand in place, standing deathly still as a faintly visible black mist forms around his lower arm. A quiet laugh, almost triumphant in nature, rises from him as the mist begins to permeate the relatively thin barrier of the crystal.

Seikou finally starts to try to pull away, likely too late...

Channel lurches forward to keep his hand planted firmly on Seikou's chest, laughing growing louder and eyes widening almost maniacally as the transfer continues...

Seikou says 'What the hell are you doing?!'

"Exactly what I said, 'Brother'..." Channel's crazed gaze locks with Seikou's bewilderment, offering no solace. "I'm transferring my data to you so you can at least be half-decently pure among our ranks."

As he finally realizes what's going on, Seikou's fear grows dramatically. "...It's... a new virus, isn't it?"

Channel steps closer to Seikou, keeping his hand in place and relaxing his almost psychotic expression into one of perverse calm. "Virus? Oh no, I would -never- do such a thing to a prosepective Chosen member of the New World..."

You say 'I'm placing my DNA Soul over yours.'

Seikou shakes his head. "In the end, it will amount to the same thing... Destroying the things that make me me."

Channel looks almost -hurt- at the notion, but maintains his air of dominance(despite Seikou clearly being taller). "You old models are always so quick to jump to conclusions... I'm not 'destroying' anything."

You say 'I'm simply giving a part of myself to improve an otherwise flawed entity~...'

Seikou looks angry again, with a hint of desperation. "I'm -not- flawed! And I don't want any part of you, -Maverick-!"

Channel finally returns to his own particular brand of 'normalcy', scowling and forcing the rest of the transfer to completion and releasing Seikou with a shove. "It's a bit late to complain now."

Seikou touches the gem on his chest, anger, sadness, and fear all fighting for dominance over his facial expressions. And he had thought he was free from all these influences for good...

Channel lets a rather cocky grin creep up onto his face again as he passes Seikou, placing his hands on his hips again -- more like putting his hands into pockets he didn't have -- and heading for the southern reaches of the realm...

You say 'See you around, 'Brother'~...'

Seikou remains on the bench, staring at Channel's retreating back, shock now dominant on his expression.

Aura pads in quietly from the north, the typical pair of dryads hovering nearby on either side of her. Oddly, her eyes are closed, despite the fact that her movement into the square is completely unhindered.

Seikou hears the sound of footsteps and manages to regain his composure as he smiles up at Aura. "Aura-chan..."

Aura stops near the fountain, waving at something in front of her as her eyes open, revealing a pair of glowing violet irises, which take a moment to return to a standard-like eye-form.

Aura looks reluctant over something for only half an instant, before glancing back over her shoulder at grinning at Seikou. "Oh, there you are."

Seikou blinks a few times. "Mind if I ask why your eyes were closed?"

Aura turns halfway around, glancing at either side of her as the dryads both take a spot on her shoulders, with a nod. "I was talking to mother, but only for a moment." She pauses, consideringly.

Aura says 'I should really get out of that old Sanctuary more often. I'm sorry.'

Seikou says 'It's alright, Aura-chan. I understand that you feel safest there. It's like the Hunter Base used to be for me...'

Aura looks uncertain about Seikou's comment, but shrugs it off, moving to sit herself on the bench nearest him (and possibly next to, if not impeded otherwise). "Maybe. But I try not to become too out of..

Aura says '..touch with the outside world. It wouldn't be safe for any of us, if.. well..'

Aura looks up at Seikou instead of finishing her sentence, violet eyes shimmering subtly.

Seikou sighs slightly. "As long as I know you're safe, that's enough for me... So just do whatever works, alright?"

Aura shakes her head. "But it isn't enough for me. I believe things are quiet enough right now, outside my perception of the world, but.. it's the little things, sometimes."

Aura seems a little distant, maybe even more babbling than actually talking coherently. "Like when you were still all over the Hunter-aspect.. the little scuffles here and there never ceased to worry me, you know?"

Seikou smiles again, although there's a hint of sadness in his eyes. "I think the scuffles have stopped, don't worry... We can be safe now, right?"

(...um... I'm not sure if this cut off, or I just had to leave or what. o_O)
