Hinata Inn - Balcony
This balcony is where Keitaro's bath is located. He's been isolated
away from the hot springs as that is a girls only area, but the sound of
water gushing from the springs can still be heard from here as well as any
conversations that may occur. A glass door to the west leads out.

A barrel that Keitaro uses for a tub is here, brimming with water.
The door opens.
Marino runs into the area and closes the door behind her. A large stampede of running is heard passing by.
Marino breathes hard as she tries to catch her breathe, "What is wrong with this house!!!!"
Marino looks around and sees a barrel, "What is this? One person bath?"
Marino grins, "I wonder if there is anything valuable in there..."
Negi falls out of a hole in the sky, directly into Keitaro's bath barrel. 'AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH-' SPLASH. '-FGBBRBL!' Water goes everywhere as Negi pops his head out and gasps for breath.
Marino gets splashed by a bunch of hot water without even moving an inch, "What... The... Hell!?!?"
Marino walks over to the barrel picking up the young boy by his head with one hand, "Who are you and where did you come from?"
Negi waves his arms up and down. /This feels familiar.../ 'M-m-m-my name's Negi Springfield... I was just on a rooftop of the school, and then. I used the w-' He stopped himself. 'Uhh, I just appeared here...'
Marino looks at Negi carefully as she moves in closer. She glares at Negi eye to eye
Negi turns slightly red. /Wow, she's pretty... A little like Nekane, but different.../ 'C-c-can I help you with something, miss?' he asks, obviously nervous.
Marino looks at Negi as her facial expression changes to a kind smile. She holds Negi's head to her breasts as she squeals, "Aren't you such a cutie!"
Negi sighs to himself slightly. /This feels familiar too./ 'I really don't think-' 'AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH-' SPLISH. '-BLRFL.' Negi is interrupted by an ermine falling into the barrel in a similar fashion to his own landing.
Marino hugs Negi's head into her breasts as she looks into the barrel finding an ermine. She stands there frozen as she looks at the ermine studdering, "Its-its-its a-a-a.."
Negi smiles a little, wiggles free, and quickly grabs the unconscious ermine out of the barrel. 'Oh good, Chamo-kun is here. He'll be quite helpful in figuring out what's going on.' He places the small white creature on his shoulder, squeezing it a bit to try and get some of the water out of its lungs.'
Marino walks backward to a corner of the balcony still staring at the ermine, "Its... Its a... a... RAT!!!"
The small creature regains consciousness, spitting up water all over Negi's already-soaked cloak. 'What's wrong with the hot girl?' 'She seems to think you're a rat, Chamo-kun. Don't worry, miss. He's an ermine, he's entirely different from a rat.'
Marino squeals in fear, waving her hand in front her at the ermine, "Its still a rat!! Get it away! Get it away!!!"
Negi sighs and grabs the ermine by the midsection, turning it around. 'Look at this white, fluffy tail. It's not even CLOSE to being a rat.'
Marino squeals as she throws a small water bucket at Negi
Negi sighs as he gets further soaked. 'Honestly, miss, there's -nothing- to be afraid of.' The ermine speaks up. 'Yeah, really, girl. I'm not going to bite you or anything.' 'Chamo! Shhh!'
Marino stands there as her eyes widen, "HE BITES?!?!?!?"
Negi sinks his face into his palm. 'No. He doesn't bite. He might try to steal some of your underwear, but he won't bite you.' 'I just -told- you I -don't- bite!' 'Chamo, shut UP. Incognito? Please?'
Marino looks at Negi and back at "Chamo", "You're -sure- right? Has he had his shots?"
Negi says 'Yes, he's had all of his shots.'
Marino walks over cautiously over to Negi. She stands before him, her eyes locked on Chamo.
Negi keeps one hand on Chamo to keep him from doing anything stupid. 'See? He's perfectly fine.'
Marino nods slowly as her eyes trail over to Negi. Her face seems as if she has totally forgot about her fear as she looks at Negi with a serious look, "Ok but seriously, where did you come from."
You say 'I was standing on the rooftop of a school building, and... well, one thing led to another, an experiment went wrong, and I fell through a couple worlds.''
Marino says 'How interesting... and the ra-. Er.. Ermine followed you?'
Negi nods. 'He's my famil- erm, pet, he was pulled along a few seconds behind me the whole way.'
Chamo shakes his head. 'Why are you trying to hide things, Negi? This world is saturated with magic. Can't you feel it? Wizards are using spells here on an everyday basis. There's no need to hide it.'
Marino looks at Negi, and then back at Chamo blinking confused.
Negi sighs and looks up at Marino apologetically. 'Would you mind allowing me to start again, miss? With a bit more honesty this time.'
Marino looks at Negi and nods, "Please do, I am a bit confused."
Negi nods. 'Ok. My name is Negi Springfield, that much was true. I am a wizard, training to be a Magister Magi, one of the highest class of mage. I was testing a time machine for a student - did I mention I'm currently a schoolteacher as part of my training? - but it went wrong, and I got hurled through dimensions instead of time.''
Marino says 'I see...'
Negi says 'Anyway. I was actually in the preparations for a tournament when the machine broke and sent me here. This is Albert Chamomile, or Chamo-kun for short. He's my familiar.'
Marino says 'WAIT!'
Chamo nods from Negi's shoulder. 'Nice to meetcha.'
Marino points at Chamo, "You mean he was human?!"
Negi says 'No, actually, he wasn't. He was born in a very magical environment, and is a member of one of the lines of animal mages. He knows some minor ermine magic, mostly in schools of telepathy and other communication.'
Marino hears the word, "Telepathy" and glares at Chamo.
Chamo just shrugs. 'It's not like I use it on people if they're not showing obvious dislike or aggression. And I don't need telepathy to notice your weird little crush on Negi here.'
Marino's eyes widen as she begins to blush a bit, "Wha- what are you talking about?! I don't like you! He's a young boy!"
Negi panics a little and shouts a bit at Chamo. 'What are you talking about?! Don't jump to conclusions like that, Chamo-kun!'
Marino says 'You should teach that thing some manners, Negi.'
Negi waves his arms in frustration. 'You think I haven't tried? He doesn't listen to me on things like that!' 'Negi would never get anywhere with girls if I wasn't around.' 'I don't -need- to be anywhere with girls! I'm only 10!'
Marino grabs Chamo buy the fur of his back. She dangles him in the air as she faces him directly at her face glaring eye to eye
Marino says 'You. Be good. Or meet my friend Mr. Barrel'
Marino points over at the bath barrel threatning to drown Chamo in it
Negi sighs. 'Threatening him usually doesn't work either. Asuna-san had no luck with that method, and she was rather spectacularly violent about it.'
Marino says 'Oh? Well he hasn't met me yet.'
Marino grins evily at Chamo, "Maybe I should give him a taste of my punishment."
Chamo shakes in Marino's grip, at least -looking- terrified. 'Help, Negi! Get this crazy girl offa me!' 'You brought this on yourself, Chamo. Again.'
Marino scoffs and throws Chamo at Negi, "Honestly... You're his caretaker and you can't even control him. For a mage in training, you're not doing a good job with your magical powers."
Negi panics a little. 'I know I'm not doing all that great, but I'm really tr-ah-ah-AH-AACHOOO!' He lets out a mighty sneeze, and the air around him explodes into a powerful gust of wind.
Marino gets pushed back a bit from the strong gust, as she looks at Negi frightened, "What was that?!"
Negi sniffles. 'S-s-sorry, I'm a little bit allergic to criticism, and my magic goes a little out of control when I s-a-ah-ACHOOOO!' A much bigger sneeze this time, and the barrel gets blasted backwards into the wall with the force of it.
Marino's eyes widen as she bears for impact, "Not again!" The gust hits her but she fights to stay standing.
Marino stands there blinking confusingly, "Do you always sneeze that bad?!" She yells at Negi without noticing that the bolts of her armor have become loose and worn out by the strong gusts.
Negi shakes a little in place. 'I'm sorry! I'm so so-ah-ACHOOO!' One final sneeze is too much for Marino's armor to handle. The bolts fall off entirely... and the rest follows. Negi turns bright red and spins on his heel. 'I'm sorryyyy!'
Chamo just looks at her appraisingly. 'Mmmmm, not bad at all. Nice muscle tone, among other things. She'd make a good Pactio partner for while we're here, if she doesn't kill you for that, eh Negi?'
Marino looks at Negi, and then looks down finding herself now standing there naked. Her eyes widen as her face gets red. She squeals as she tries to cover her body with her hands as she squats down on the balcony floor
Marino looks up at Negi with a small flush of red in her face, "What did you do to me?!"
Marino glares over at Chamo, "Look away you pervert ermine!"
Negi still hasn't turned around. He attempts to stammer out apologies as Chamo just grins at her. 'If you wanna keep your clothes on, don't yell at him. He's a wind-aligned mage, and his magic goes wildly out of control when he sneezes.'
Chamo grins. 'Though you're being far less violent about it than the last person who found out the hard way.' He hops back up Negi's back and rests on his shoulder.
Marino looks around panicing as she sees a yellow bath towel. She snatches it and wraps it around her body to cover her nakedness.
'Negi, you can look now. She's covered up.' Negi stands up and turns around. 'C-c-c-can I help you put your armor back on, or something? I'm sorry to cause so much trouble...'
Marino stands up with the towel wrapped around her chest. It can barely hold around her breasts due to its abnormally large size. The towel goes down to cover her upper thigh, but nothing can be seen.
Negi starts bleeding out the nose a little bit at the sight of her, and bends over to start searching for the missing armor bolts to try to save himself.
Marino looks around at her armor on the ground and sighs, "Well.. unless you can create bolts, my armor is basically worthless as clothing without them."
Negi manages to find 2 of the bolts, but they're not even the same size. 'I, uhh, don't think these will help you much...' Chamo grins mischievously. 'How about making a pact with her? There's always a chance she'll get an outfit like Konoka.'

Marino spots a bolt and picks it up, she sighs softly, "They're worn out now..."
Marino glares at Negi, "You and your damn wind had to rip the bolts out from its holes. So now they're completely useless!"
Negi doesn't even bother trying to say anything. He just sneezes, sending the armor and the bolts flying off the edge of the roof... along with the towel.
Marino stands there naked not moving an inch. Her hands at the side of her body as the begin to clench into a fist, "Why... You..."
Marino walks over to negi and grabs him by his collar. She lifts him up so their eyes are directly across from each other
Marino says 'Give me new clothes! Chamo said something about a pactio giving me clothes right? Do it!'
The door bursts open, reveling a furious Motoko standing just outside in the corridor. 'Who is up here dropping -armor- on me in my bath? My sword cries for vengeance.' Negi looks at the naked girl, and at the angry girl, and collapses sobbing. 'I'm soooorrrryyyyyyy!''
Marino glares at Motoko as she drops Negi to the ground and turns her body completely so it faces Motoko, "How dare you-"
Marino spots Motoko wearing the pink towel across her body and grins
Marino walks over to Motoko, her breasts jiggle lightly. She stands about three feet away from Motoko and smiles, "I am so sorry for that bothersome act..."
Chamo whispers in Negi's ear. 'Try to get on this one's good side. I can feel her ki from here, she's like Setsuna in Kaede's body. What a catch!' 'How can you even think of a Pactio in the middle of all this, Chamo-kun?!'
Marino looks at Motoko grining evily as she grabs the pink towel's edge, "SORRY BUT I NEED THIS!" She pulls it with all her might causing Motoko to spin around in circles back into the hallway
Negi winces as Motoko knocks her head on the wall in midspin and falls to the floor, out cold. '*sniff* Was that really necessary?'
Marino wraps her naked body with the pink towel. The towel barely covers her body yet again, but she has to pinch with her fingers to keep it from falling
Marino says 'She had it coming. She didn't knock.'
You say 'She had a right not to knock. We're intruders in her house and we interrupted her bath. She was kind of in the right here.'
Marino says 'I don't care, curteous before owning rights.'
Negi sighs. 'Well, setting that aside for the moment. This Pactio process isn't just for fun, it's serious business. It's a commitment, though a temporary one in our case, for a Ministra Magi - that's you - to protect the Magister Magi - that's me.'
'You'll be given an artifact containing a power directly suited to your personality, and in some cases, an outfit to go with it. But it's not just fun and games,' Negi continues.
Marino looks at Negi, "Yeah well, It better protect me from you after this. I want clothes, damn it!"
Negi says 'I -think- an artifact generated mostly from my own magical power would be protected from my magical outbursts.'
Negi says 'Umm, but you probably won't like the process...'
Marino cuts Negi from his sentence, "I don't care! Just do it!"
Marino grabs Negi by his collar again and starts to shake him, "I said do it!
Negi stammers for a few moments. 'W-w-w-well, first we need a magic circle-' 'Way ahead of you, Negi. You're both standing in it. Get to the good part.' '-Umm, rght, well, then w-we have t-to... umm.. k-kiss...'
Marino says 'Kiss? Thats all?! Easy!'
Marino pulls Negi close to her as she readies her lips for the kiss.... and kisses him on the forehead, "Ok, what's next?"
Negi shakes his head as a horribly-drawn card poofs into existence. 'No, you see, it's not that simple, it's... it's.. ummm...' 'Look, girlie, you have to plant one on his lips, a real kiss. Otherwise you're just wasting everyone's time.'
Marino looks at Chamo, "Ehhhhh?!!? A kiss on the lips with him?! But.. He's only ten years old!"
Negi nods sadly. 'I told you that you wouldn't like it.'
Marino looks at Negi pouting, and then smiles a bit, "Who said I wouldn't like it?"
Marino leans in and kisses Negi on the lips
Negi turns BRIGHT RED. 'Wh-wh-wh-what?! WhMMMMF' 'Told you so, Negi.' The pair is enveloped in a bright light... which lasts for several minutes as she smothers him.
When the smoke clears, Negi is holding two copies of a large tarot card, bearing Marino's name on it, along with a very detailed picture of her... in a frilly apron.
'Well, -that's- different.' 'MMMMF!' 'Umm, you can let Negi come up for air now. It's done.'
Marino moves away from the kiss and opens her eyes slowly. She looks down still finding her naked, "WHAT GIVES?! THE PACTIO IS JUST SOME CRAP FOR ME TO KISS YOU WASN'T IT?!"
Marino glares over at Chamo, "I'm going to kill you..."
Negi gasps heavily, fighting for breath after the knockout of a kiss. 'No... no! Just... wait! There's.. one... more step!'
Marino looks back at Negi, "Hmph.. Fine. What's the last step?"
'I'll take over for ya, Negi. You just catch your breath.' Chamo hops up on Marino's naked shoulder. 'What you need to do, is hold up the card and say the word 'Adeat'. This will summon your artifact.'
Marino nods at Chamo as she grabs him by the neck and throws at the wall, "Thanks, and don't touch me."
Marino looks over at Negi and notices the two cards in his hand, "Which one is mine?"
Negi winces at hearing the SPLAT! of impact. Chamo lets out a weak grin as he slides down the wall. 'Don't... mention... it.'
Negi hands Marino her card. 'This one. They also allow for other functions, like telepathic communication, but we can get into that later.'
Marino snatches the card out of Negi's hand, "Finally some clothes!"
Marino holds out the card and shouts, "Adeat!"
A blinding light encircles Marino's body, recreating her lost armor and drying her out, restoring her to her full glory... and then her armor shatters. Thanks to the strange magical energies of the Cleft, Negi's power fuses with her own Hyper Mode to form a new Pactio Mode - covering her with only the frilly apron shown on the card.'
Negi says 'If you want to put away your artifact, all you have to do is say 'Abeat'. I'll turn around and you can try it.'
Marino says 'Oh my gosh~ I'm in a frilly apron! What did you do to me?! *gasp* Why am I talking so weird?!'
Marino grumbles something yet giggles like a little school girl, "Abeat!"
Negi fountains blood out of his nose as he turns around. /What a sexy voice! I can barely think straight!/
Absolutely nothing happens when Marino utters the command word. 'That's really strange, Negi. The command word didn't end the effect.' Negi turns around to find Marino still in the apron. 'That's weird...'
Marino glares at Negi, "Oh my gosh~ Stay turned around you little cutie patootie!~"
Negi fountains blood again and turns around. 'The only cases I've heard of that involved the victim having a transformation-based power of their own, and it usually gets fused in with it somehow...'
Marino says 'Why didn't the spell work?!'
Negi says 'I just told you, your own power probably took over.'
Marino says 'I don't have my own power! I only have programs that I can activate'
Negi says 'Like what?'
Marino puts a finger to her chin thinking, "Well.. for my original version..." She glares at Negi, "In which you destroyed. Can activate super speed, ability to stealing..."
Marino nods, "Assasination abilities, sneakyness..."
Marino thinks really carefully, "I think thats it."
You say 'Anything dealing with transformation?'
Marino says 'Umm... No. Not really.'
Marino says 'Oh yeah, there is hyper mode, but thats it.'
Negi brightens a little. '...Hyper Mode?' 'That sounds promising. Can you turn it on and off at will?'
A light bulb goes off in her head as she slaps herself on the head. Her breasts jiggle at impact, "OF course! Yeah I can turn it on and off. And it has a transformation program linked to it. I'm such a twit sometimes." Marino giggles very cutely.
You say 'Would it happen to be on right now, by any chance?'
Marino says 'Umm... It might have reacted by the pactio and activated by accident.'
Negi says 'Try turning it off.'
Marino holds the end of her ponytail and pulls it to her eyes. Her hair is a golden blonde color, "Yeah... It's on."
'Well, try turning it off and see what happens.' Negi turns around.
Marino nods, "Hyper-Mode: Deactivate!"
Marino glows in a blinding light as her hair reverts back to its original green color. She still wears the frilly apron however.
Suddenly, Marino's apron dissolves, and is replaced by her normal armor, restored to its full glory. 'Hey, Negi, it worked! She's got her armor back!'
Marino looks around at her body with her original suit back on, "Yes! You did it Negi!"
Marino huggles Negi's head into her breasts again
Negi turns back around. 'Well, I'm glad that's ovMMMPH.'
Marino pulls Negi's head away from her breasts suddenly, "Wait... So now I'm your guardian?"
Chamo just shakes his head. 'That's great, Negi. But what're we gonna do about the unconscious naked swordswoman in the hallway?'
Marino wides her eyes, "I totally forgot about her!" She opens the door to the hallway and notices that Motoko is not there anymore.
Negi gasps for air again. 'Technically, yes. But you don't really have to stay that way. We made a temporary contract, not a permanent pact. At this point, you can just keep the card and use the artifact for your own purposes.'
Marino turns around and looks at Negi pouting, "You mean.. you don't want me around...?"
Negi blinks at Marino a couple of times. 'I... no... I mean... you made it sound like -you- didn't want to be around -me-. I don't mind... I think?'
Chamo grins. 'She could be VERY helpful to you, Negi.'
Marino smiles at Negi and hugs his head into her breasts again, "I'll protect you, you little cutie. Afterall, you need someone to look after you."
Marino says 'I'll take that role as guardian, but you have to listen to me.'
Negi doesn't even try to talk. What's there to say? It's like dealing with Ayaka, Asuna, and Shizuna all at once. He doesn't stand a chance.
Marino says 'Do we have an agreement?'
Negi nods a little, totally stuck.
Marino hugs his head into her chest a bit more cuddling him. "Great! And time for my first act as guardian."
Marino pulls Negi out of her breasts and looks at his clothes, "Take those off this instant before you catch a cold!"
Marino says 'Better yet, I'd better give you a bath right here, right now.'
Negi looks up at Marino in terror. 'But...but...but...I... that means... I...' He passes out on the floor, dead away, bleeding slightly from the nose.
Marino says 'Negi? Negi!!!"'
