Seikou is sitting on his now-familiar bench, head buried in his hands...
Selrin literally hops and skips in from the north, rested and invigorated from her brief siesta at Cosmo Canyon. She instantly catches sight of her teacher and superior, waving happily to Seikou. "Hey there~!"
Seikou looks up slightly, revealing a rather harrowed expression. "...Hey..."
Selrin doesn't really seem to notice Seikou's expression right away, still as upbeat as ever. "So, what's the lesson plan for today, Master Sei?"
Seikou says '...Actually, I'm feeling rather... out of it today. Could we do the lesson tommorow?'
"Oh..." Selrin immediately sobers, finally seeing the other's borderline depression. She then decides to settle down next to him on the bench, confusion and concern mingling on her features. "Okay... Is something wrong?"
Seikou returns to looking at the ground. "Nothing you could help wish... In fact, it would be best if you left... Sorry..."
Selrin lets her gaze drift to the ground for a moment in sympathy, but regains her enthusiasm and looks to Seikou again, determined to do -something- for him. "Are you sure? There's -nothing- I can do? I mean, it's the least I can do to repay you~..."
Seikou suddenly looks sharply up at her, eyes a blazing red. "I TOLD YOU TO LEAVE, -CARBON-!"
Selrin yelps and falls backwards, landing quite sharply on the walkway. The slight annoyance of pain is nothing compared to the shock that's clear on her face...
You say 'Wh... what?'
Seikou's eyes fade back to his normal less-glowy red and he slumps backwards, shock evident on his face as well. "...Wha... what did I just do...?"
Selrin stands, trying to look mildly reassuring through the still-resident shock. "You... told me to leave." Her gaze drifts to the side for a moment. "And I will if you really want me to. Sometimes people -do- need to work things out alone..."
Seikou says 'I... I'm sorry. I'd train you today if I could...'
Selrin nods slowly, then bows and takes a few hesitant steps westward. "Alright..." She pauses, then whirls around to face Seikou again, jabbing a finger towards him strictly. "But that doesn't mean I won't worry about you! You come right to me if you spaz out like that again, 'kay?"
Seikou nods. "Uh... OK... I'll try..." He decides not to mention that if he -really- spazzed out, he'd probably kill her on sight. And set [evolution]--No.-('evolution' is a different color, as close to purple as color codes get, same for other bracketed things here)
Selrin nods again, much more assured, and strides off westward again, but not before turning to say one last thing before being completely out of earshot. "I'll be in Rocket Town~!"
[Now you know where she is so you can eliminate the Carbon and]-"No!" Seikou seems to crack much more easily than Variance...
