Aura - Character Bio: Revised (1)
Jan 14 00:11:04 2003

A young Reploid lass of (appearance-wise) sixteen years,
Aura was first discovered by the Matango named 'Kir-
ono' on one of his nature hikes into the forest
surrounding the village of the same name as his species.
Mere minutes prior to his discovery, a resounding ex-
plosion rocked the general peace of town and forest
alike, coming from a nearby production factory a ways
off within the Upperland Forest. The quickest, as
well as most logical, assumption that Kirono made
was that the girl had been working there, and thrown
to her current location from the force of the blast.

Kindhearted as he was, the pity in his heart overcame
any sense of minding his own business that arose, and
he managed to bring her back to his establishment with
minimal effort. She was severely injured, as one
would probably assume from being sent clear across a
woodland in a massive explosion, but with the selfless
care and tending Kirono himself gave to her battered
form, she was soon out of the range of possible perish-
ability. It was even sooner afterwards that she regained
consciousness.

After some general questioning and observing, Kirono was
able to determine some basic-but-useful information about
this mysterious young lady. A nameplate attached to her
cherry-red bodysuit, right below the righthand shoulder,
read the name 'Aura', and her general appear-
ance gave the impression that she couldn't possibly be
more than the 15-17 year age range.
However, one of the most astonishing, as well as de-
pressing things he learned from her that evening was
that she had no memory, whatsoever, prior to her
awakening within his bedchamber a short while ago.
Seemingly, the blast had not only nearly killed her,
but had also knocked the memories from her web of
thought, in the process.

Of course, this posed a problem for the little
Reploid. Having no memory or idea as to go about
living from then on, she was clueless as to what
she ought to do. Full of ideas, Kirono insisted
that she remain with him in his domain, rational-
izing that the world, in her current state, was
far too dangerous to go trapsing about in.

And so it went, from day to day, that the two of
them got along phenomenally, always looking out
for the other when a situation become heated.
So much so, that it was not long before Kirono
began to see this woman not as a lost little
girl, but as someone he cared about enough to
defend without a given reason... a sister.
Whether she could do well enough on her own
at that point or not, Aura felt the same way,
seeing Kirono as her big brother, regardless
of the fact that she was nearly twice his size,
and of a completely different race/specie.

The days became weeks, which, in turn, became
months. All this time gave Kirono very many
opportunities to observe young Aura and her way
of behaving, as well as any habits or traits she
may have so deliberately shown. One thing that
appeared to him almost instantly was her spirit;
he had NEVER, in all his life, seen anyone so
carefree and without worry as he had seen in
the lady that bounced and leapt before him on
a daily basis. Another noticeable trait was
her quick thinking, and out-and-out swiftness.
Whenever a task needed to be done, not only
did she jump on it, but also completed it with
such speed and enthusiasm as to have much free
time to go outside and play, which was (and
still is) her favorite pasttime.

It wasn't long from then that Aura took up the
study of the ninja (at Kirono's request), and spent
many a night really delving into it, throwing
any and every moment of her spare time into
her increasing dedication of the art, and un-
der Kirono's watchful eye, her already amazing
abilities skyrocketed even further, to the
point when the sun rose on the fated morning
when Aura was convinced to go forth into the
world, and receive the blessing destiny was
waiting to give to her, somewhere out in the
world.

-Aura's physical appearance is equivalent to
that of a remale Reploid in a bright red suit,
with large, seemingly-always-thoughtful violet
eyes, and short midnight-blue hair that always
manages to obstruct her vision in some way,
even when she refuses to cut it in any way,
shape, or form. Her personality falls upon a
young, shy lass of an entirely carefree atti-
tude, never stopping to let any obstacle stand
in her way for very long, yet always eager to
