Captain's Log, May 5 1883

We have left Genoa, stocked with supplies for our voyage
northwards, to the Arctic Circle!! The people of that land
will rue the day they denied us their most precious of
substances. I /will/ have it!

The seas grow cold. One of the crewhands swear he saw a
dark figure watching us from an iceberg, but nobody else
could confirm it.

We're running low on cannoli and marinara. We've still got
several crates of farfalle, but the crew might mutiny if
we don't reach land soon.

Haha, land at last! Well, maybe not. The bosun says we're
actually on a gigantic iceberg, and that the world is like
this on both ends. I'm inclined to disbelieve him, but
nevertheless, we've made it. We search for the 'candy'
tomorrow.

A massacre! They ambushed us, and shot at us with some kind
of L-shaped piece of black metal, maybe a musket of a sort.
In any case, I'm the only one left, and I'll not make it much
longer in this frozen wasteland. But.. this yellow flower
here, it's the whole reason I've come here, I think I'll
go and eat it, nobody will know I've wasted it so!
